Stress Reduction Inhaler Preparation time 2 minutes

Makes enough mix to fill 10 inhalers

Equipment

Ingredients

  • Sandalwood Oil
  • Lavender Oil
  • Frankincense Oil
  • Bergamot Oil
  • Geranium Oil

Method

  • Add 15 drops of Sandalwood, 10 drops Lavender, 10 drops Frankincense, 5 drops Bergamot and 5 drops Geranium oil to the glass dropper and mix gently
  • Add three drops of the essential oil blend to the filter/inhaler stick for the inhaler

keep the inhaler in your pocket and use as required.  Please do not inset the inhaler into your nostril, simply hold underneath and take a deep breath to help relax, reduce stress and unwind
