DIY Sleep Easy Pillow Spray

This is a great relaxation pillow spray, it has anti anxiety and anti stress essential oils allowing you to easily relax and slip into a deep restful nights sleep.  This can be used for any age group although please bear in mind essential oils are not recommended for babies.

Preparation time 5 minutes

Fills a 100 ml bottle

Equipment

Ingredients

  • Distilled water
  • 99% rubbing alcohol
  • Lavender Oil
  • Chamomile Oil
  • Bergamot Oil
  • Sandalwood Oil

Method

  • Add 30 ml of rubbing alcohol to a glass measuring jug.
  • To the alcohol add 10 drops of lavender, 5 drops chamomile, 5 drops bergamot, 5 drops sandalwood and gently mix the liquid
  • Top up the mixture to 100ml with the distilled water and add to the spray bottle

Gently shake the mixture before spraying 3-4 sprays on the pillow before bedtime, this can also be used as a room spray before sleep too.  Relax and enjoy a restful nights sleep.
